1098 The Sanguine Conquest Update

Reskillable: Changed some weapon types from ATK to AGI, and vice-versa, to give both ATK and AGI skills solid melee and ranged options.

FTB Quests: Added new quests, including Sanguine Conquest loot crate, SHO Nostalgia quests and items, tweaked a few quest rewards to be more generous, and added new ranching and mushroom farming quests. Adjusted prices in the Astral Market quest page.

SH Night Vision: Tiny increase to NV range, and changed color now that Vexelvania event has ended.

Mystical World: Disabled Hellsprouts and Lavacats, as they were spawning in far too great of number, and causing lag on servers and low-end machines.

Custom Crafting: Added ghast tear recipe.
