The 5 main mods are: Abyssalcraft, Ars Magica 2, Thaumcraft, Twilightforest and Zeldaswordskills.

In Abyssalcraft you can perform different kinds of Rituals by using PE (Potential Energie). With rituals you can craft special items, summon bosses or upgrade items. There are 4 new dimensions with one boss each. Go threw Dimensions full of infected-undead-creatures, scary deformities, strong enemies and living shadows.

In Ars Magica 2 you can make your own spell. Define the kind of your spell: Should it be a projectile, used at yourself, or at close range. Define the result of your spell: Should it do firedamage, blind, watery grave, heal, slowfall, summon, dig, shrink, transplace and many more. There are elemtal bosses with special drops such as Natures Scythe or a Air sled.

In Thaumcraft you start with studing blocks with a Taumometer to obtain elements. Combine elements (water+earth=life) to unlock more. You use these elements to unlock researched topics from you Thaumonomicon.

The Twilightforest is a new dimension with lots of dungeons and bosses. You have to do these dungeons in a specific order, to unlock the next one. Some dungeons aren't linear. There are over 10 Dungeons.

In Zeldaswordskills you learn new kinds of sword moves. By killing mobs you have a small chance getting a skillorb, by using multible ones you can increase the level and damage. Press P to see your skills and how they work. Some Skills: Sword beam: Shoots a penetrating projectile, Spin attack: Make several 360 spins and hit multiple enemies at once. This mod also adds Zelda items and Dungeons: boomerang, bombarrows, mastersword and more.
