To accomplish this, many recipes have been tweaked or changed, and overlapping features have been removed.
Certain recipes have alternatives that are easier to automate, such as splashing dirt to make balls of mud, or making a pancake under a mechanical press. Other recipes have had their original versions removed outright in favor of crafting methods found in the create mod, such as Blast-Proof Plates, which now require a mechanical press to be made, or milkshakes, which need to be made in a mixer.
