Spud's Better Dirt (And Foliage)

Improves the quality of dirt and foliage textures.

Changes Dirt, Grass, Moss Blocks, Bushes, Firefly Bushes, and Wildflowers.

The new textures seek to blend with their environment more effectively. Additionally, Firefly bushes have recieved a variant with a staggered animation to look more natural.
