Spud's Better Iron

Improves the quality of iron blocks to be more usable in builds

Changes Iron Blocks, Iron Trapdoors, and Iron Doors.

The palettes and shading are changed to match other minecraft blocks better in terms of color. With a slightly more realistic color, the new iron textures are better for use in industrial builds.
