- you can no longer downcraft lootbags. This avoids some exploiots.
- all lootbags show up on JEI.
- the recipe for steel casing uses darksteel instead of osmium. This will allow the enrichment chamber to be crafted before osmium ingots are obtained.
- charged certus quartz is now obtainable by smelting normal certus quartz.
