Lightman's Currency: Claim Economy (replaced by Economy: Lightman's Currency X FTB Chunks)

Chunk claiming economy now runs on Lightman's Currency X FTB Chunks:
- Your first claimed chunk is free. After that, claims start at 10 copper each, and the price goes up 5% for every 20 chunks you already own.
- Unclaiming a chunk refunds 80% of what you paid for it.
- Upkeep is charged every 60 minutes. Force-loading a chunk costs 100 copper per chunk per period.
- Protections (PvP off, mob griefing, explosions, block/entity interaction and block editing) each add a small upkeep cost.
- Wars between claim teams are enabled.
Create: Enchantment Industry: the Printer, Blaze Enchanter and Blaze Forger now hold twice as much fluid (4,000 → 8,000 mB).
Sawmill: Create saw compatibility is turned on.
Supplementaries: 9 more soups and stews can be stored in jars and other fluid containers:
- Croptopia: Beef Stew, Leek Soup, Nether Wart Stew, Potato Soup, Pumpkin Soup
- End's Delight: Dragon Breath & Chorus Soup, Dragon Meat Stew, Enderman Gristle Stew, Shulker Soup
Removed the Apotheosis max-level override for Ars Additions' Spellweave enchantment, so it uses the default again.
