Advanced Core Info (ACI)

Shared core library for AdvancedLootInfo (ALI) and AdvancedWorldgenInfo (AWI)

The shared core library of Advanced Loot Info (ALI) and Advanced Worldgen Info (AWI).

Handles plugin discovery, tooltip trees, server to client data transfer and other generic functionality so both mods don't reinvent it.

Required by both, does nothing on its own.
