Changed version to 1.10.2

Revamped mod list.  Major changes:

• Removed BoP (custom world type with 1.10 is pretty good already, and maybe BoP caused lag)
• Removed Botania (testing if this contributed to lag)
• Added Silent's Gems
• Added Extreme Reactors (yes, it's back, but I haven't tested it yet)
• Added a structure generator called Recurrent Complex
• Added Waystones (another type of teleporter to try alongside Lemons)
• Tried to remove server side mods from the download (but don't know if I got them all)
