- Added proper EMC values of steel by ender IO calculations (iron + 4 pulverized coal)

- Decrease the spawn rate of Lycanite's mobs from frostfire and fire since the original spawn rates were ridiculous

- Add in Extra Utilities 2 and ChickenChunks for extra items and better chunk loading

At this point, I can call the modpack stable. Therefore, I upped the tenth version number to signify to download this version.

However, It's important to note that EMC values will change as I discover/patch exploits.
