Raw's Hellish RPG

Emergency hotfix:

The village finder that runs on first world load is causing problems again,
stopping the world from generating. I think dungeons arise is the conflict....
I'm switching back to the player login activated version of the script.
It's more stable, but still ocasionally breaks with dungeons arise. in the
case that it does break, force close the game and make a new world.

I am going to work on a script that will hopefully use minecraft's built in
locate feature. Hopefully this isn't too hard.
