Fixed:
- Ore generation missing lead and silver. Very sorry about this! If you generated your world on 1.0.5 or earlier, you'll need to generate new areas to find the proper ores. You could also reset your mining dimension to generate them. It's possible to retrogen ores with CoFH World last I checked but I cannot confirm or deny at the moment how stable it is and it could cause greater issues, so if you want to attempt that do so at your own risk. Keep backups!
