Working now!

This removes the necessity for Step 3.2 in the guide on how to install this modpack.

Create Radars was heavily interfering with the server-side mod used for individual account verification, so it was removed in this fix.
Nothing else was changed, as all of the other mods luckily didn't throw up errors.

Thanks to Joan the server now runs smoothly, IP is located in the Discord
