What's new in 0.7?

*Fixed smelting an ender pearl in a TiCon Smeltery giving more than double the Resonant Ender needed to re-cast it in the same Smeltery.

*Added the old TiCon end stone smeltery recipe back in (casting 250 mB of resonant ender over obisidan)

*Added recipe to upgrade Storage Drawers upgrades to the next tier in a crafting table

*Added Fused Quartz recipe to the TE Induction Smelter (2 nether quartz + 2 nether quartz = 1 fused quartz). More EnderIO to TE recipes to come

*Added the following mods:
    - CraftTweaker and ModTweaker
    - UniDict
    - Exchangers!
    - Blockcraftery
