A bonus experience to Vanilla Minecraft with numerous quality-of-life changes.

Many optimizations made to the vanilla experience like SwingThroughGrass which allows the player to swing their sword through grass without breaking it, hitting the mob they're aimed at, as well as many client-side changes to help players such as JustEnoughItems which shows a GUI of all the blocks/items in the game and shows you how they can be made or used, and Here'sWhatYou'reLookingAt which shows as a UI which describes what block you are currently looking at.

The mods which severely change the user experience are:

OpenBlocks Elevator: introduces blocks into the game which can teleport players to other Elevator blocks in numerous directions

FTB Ultimine: Similar to the popular Veinminer Mod, it gives the player the ability to mine multiple blocks, but in numerous different shapes, such as Square, or Tunnel (straight line), Mining Tunnel (Downward Staircase), Escape Tunnel (Upward Staircase), or Shapeless which simply chooses the closest 64 blocks of the same type.

Easy Villagers: Allows players to pick up villagers into their inventories, and introduces blocks into the game to Trade, Breed, Incubate (Grow), Convert (Villager to Zombie to Villager again), and Farm.

Easy Piglins: Allows players to pick up Piglins into their inventories, and introduces blocks into the game to Barter with them, even in the overworld!

Mekanism: Introduces numerous machines like Robots, Digital Miners, Fusion Reactors, Logistical Transporters, and even Jetpacks. And, with Mekanism Generators, it adds various methods to generate power, like Heat, Gas-Burning, Bio, Solar, Wind, Reactor, and Turbine Generators.

Refined Storage: Introduces new storage devices, Disk Drives, to store, auto-sort, auto-craft, and distribute items and even stores Fluids in blocks for users to access called Grids. There is also the Storage Drawers mod which can also work with Refined Storage.
