Download Sodium (Sodium 0.4.9 - Sodium (modrinth.com), Mod menu (Mod Menu v5.0.2 for 1.19.3 - Mod Menu (modrinth.com), Iris (Iris 1.5.2 for Minecraft 1.19.3 - Iris Shaders (modrinth.com). If you will not download these mods manually and put them into the "mods" folder, then you will not be able to launch the modpack or use shaders.
