Added Applied Energistics as well as Create mod compat

Added performance mods such as LetMeDespawn, FastIpPing, and FPS Reducer

Added Hearths, Call of Yucatan, and a few Create mods

Added a few client mods like EffectDescriptions

Removed a large amount of Macaw's (bridges, etc) mods to reduce load time and increase performance

Updated default configs for better performance, structure spacing, and key binds

Updated a few major mods and dependencies (which crashed my main save file even having made a backup somehow huh)

NOTE: Some of the resource packs are not set by default. I am not sure if I like them yet tehe. Try them out and let me know what you think.
