Mekarkanism is a relaxed, carefully stitched together pack designed to leave things mostly as you know them, while it might remove some easy recipes in favour of more expensive recipes, adding recipes to make tasks easier where once they weren't and otherwise ensure that you can use your creativity to solve problems on your way to the stars, everything is configured to be as naturally intuitive in how it interacts and the units things are displayed in as possible to ensure no questions need to be asked about if something will work, or what the conversion rate is. Magic dominates this pack, though tech mods still exist. Easy answers are not always forthcoming, but every solution has multiple answers for those who can see them, both technologically and magically.
The goal of this pack is simple, expand across the stars!
A core principle of this pack was keeping it easy to run, this means minimal redundancy in mod features, a careful selection in which features are left enabled for certain mods, and keeping the mods list light where possible, all while trying to make the experience of exploring the world and discovering new things enjoyable and unique.
Somethings to note about this pack: Almost all modded keybinds were unbound, so remember to rebind your keys as you like them to be. Also remember while the pack is not overtly dangerous on the surface, there are regions of heightened danger scattered about, and living near these sites can be dangerous, but mods to enable better defence of your home are available, so if you find yourself in danger, build your defences.
