Slag overhaul - All raw ores in blast furnaces now produce Tiny Slag, crushed ores no longer produce any slag. Tiny slag can be crafted into Slag, which can also be crafted into various blocks
JEI tooltips added to blocks that mobs can dig through, and expanded the list of blocks that can be dug
Slight tweaks to weighting in lootbags
Added some recycler recipes
Added a couple more capsule blueprints
Fixed issue where unlocking carts would also unlock dense cables for AE2. The AE2 items have had their stage code changed to L045
