Enchanting Module

New Content

  • Added the Seashelf of Aquatic Filtration, which allows blacklisting certain enchants from your enchanting table.
  • Added the Deepshelf of Arcane Treasures, which allows obtaining treasure enchantments in the enchanting table.
  • Added a recipe which allows obtaining pufferfish without relying on RNG.
    • Pufferfish are needed for Seashelfs, and when mods are adding more fish, obtaining them becomes nigh-impossible.

Mechanical Changes

  • Made all experience costs (enchanting table, anvil, reforging table) use the optimal XP cost (as if you were spending the exact level).
    • A book entry was added to cover this, and a tooltip was added to the anvil to show the actual XP amount being used.
  • Added debug tooltips to the Enchantment Library (visible with f3+h).
  • Made Quanta Randomness semi-normally-distributed.
    • This should reduce the chance that you see huge swings in power values, and keeps the values closer to your actual level.
  • Reduced the rarity of the Chromatic and Exploitation enchantments (for shears).

Bugfixes

  • Fixed the stoneshelf hardness value being too low.
  • Made Tomes no longer explicitly check the enchantment category.
    • This check shouldn't be necessary but it might cause certain enchantments to no longer show up depending on how they work.
    • The check was removed because some mods are declaring enchantments in the wrong categories, which breaks the tomes.

Adventure Module

Bugfixes

  • Fixed gems that were removed from items not being stackable.
  • Made the Gem of the Royal Family no longer increase gravity.

Spawner Module

Bugfixes

  • Fixed an issue where spawners could spawn invalid baby mobs that would eventually jam up the spawn radius.
    • This was caused by jockey mobs getting spawned and the mounts not getting added to the world.

Village Module

Mechanical Changes

  • Reduced wandering trader spawn rates.
    • I think some combination of mods was causing these to spawn way too frequently. Reducing the rates should tone it down a bit.

 

Blue Skies

# Fixes
- Reduced packet size for client-synced datapack data.
- Reduced memory usage and compute time of worldgen.
   - Areas already computed are saved in a file to be used later for faster access. This can be disabled in the config.
- Fixed a fog flickering issue would occur with Alex's Caves and some other mods.

 

Incendium

Incendium 5.3.4
  • Sanctum fixes:
    • Skeletons will no longer spawn in the structure
    • Fixed a small section of the maze that was 1 block too high
    • Sanctum Guardians now wear their armor correctly
    • Added some structure voids to slightly improve terrain adaptation (but not completely fix)
  • Greatsword of Sacrifice self-damage has been more than doubled, since armor now helps against it
  • Slightly increased the exclusion zone of Incendium structures (so they don't spawn too close to each other)
  • Toxic Slimes should finally no longer die of fall damage
  • Fixed an issue where custom potions lost their effects when using Fabric on 1.20.2
  • Added empty function file for manual compat with other datapacks

 

Macaw's Windows

- Added One Way Glass & Pane
- Added 10 more curtain options (Can be cycled through)

 

Quality of Life Changes:
- Curtains can now be cycled backwards while crouching
- Curtains no longer have a collision box (because they are curtains after all)
- Windows are no longer opening both sides, but just one whole side

 

Fixed Issues:
- Shutters Curtain Waterlogging issue
- Panes are connecting to Blinds
- Shutters have wrong color
- Removed unecessary files
- Connected windows are resetting with hammer next to them
- All crafting components not showing in workbench correctly
- When blinds are raised up and there is no model, it has
purple/black particles breaking

 

Towns and Towers

1.12 - The Here And There Update (Brushing The Dust)

- this is going to be the last update working on both 1.19 and 1.20. From 1.13 on, we'll take full advantage of new 1.20 (and maybe also .21) features.
- the pack has been paired with Blooming Biosphere (https://www.planetminecraft.com/data-pack/blooming-biosphere/).
- several villages (Iberian, Swedish, Tudor, Rustic, Meadow and Classic) have reccieved few slight changes in appearance, mostly for the sake of more uniform look of the whole structure.
- mediterranean village got a bit of a refresh, with more consistent look.
- most village houses should no longer have connected roofs and be properly separated from eachother instead.
- a new village and outpost set has been added, appearing in savanna_plateau in vanilla, and in selection of modded biomes (in Terralith and Blooming Biosphere)
- one new exclusive structure has been added, that takes advantege of a special mechanic, only present in William Wythers' Expanded Ecosphere (previously called Overhauled Overworld, in 1.19). Beware the beasts!

Waystones

 Added ability to delete Sharestones while in creative mode (for cases where corrupt entries are leftover)
- Added durability to warp stones, removed the default cooldown from it
- Added a new warpRequirements option which replaces all existing xp cost options and allows for a lot more flexibility
- Added support for item costs (e.g. `add_item_cost(waystones:warp_dust, 1)` in warpRequirements)
- Added support for custom cooldown types (e.g. `add_cooldown("my_cooldown", 10)` in warpRequirements)
- Added support for minimum and maximum teleport ranges (e.g. `[is_not_within_distance(1000)] refuse()`)
- Changed default experience costs to use experience points instead of levels
- Changed the waystone settings screen to use the same slot layout as warp plates
- Changed bound scrolls to be created by attuning a warp scroll in a waystone instead of right-clicking it
- Changed waystone settings screen to open even when shift-right-clicking with an item in hand
- Changed leashedDenyList config option to entityDenyList, which applies to leashed, pets, and warp plates
- Changed inventory button position to be synced property, meaning it can be controlled by the server
