Fixed Silicon Bee centrifuge recipe in Productive Bees producing EnderIO Silicon instead of AE2 Silicon

Fixed infinite Redstone duplication exploit between Regions Unexplored crafting and Mekanism Enrichment Chamber processing

Added 1:1 reversible conversion recipes in the Crafting Grid between all Silicon variants

Added tick acceleration blacklists (Just Dire Things & Industrial Foregoing) for Mystian Apiary blocks to prevent tick overload

Added full Russian translation for FTB Quests (ru_ru)

Changed Mystian Apiary Storage Box Tier 1 and Output Upgrade 1 recipes to require Quantum Foam instead of Iron
