The reason I decided to remove Useful Backpacks is because I thought they were too useful. it was really easy to make a Tier 3 backpack early on with the capacity to carry anything you will ever need, essentially nullifying the need for Shulker Boxes in the late game. It also frees up some memory. I apologize for my minimalistic philosophy, I hope I do not cause too many issues.
Look to the Quark backpack if you need extra inventory space ;)
