General Fabric Performance

So since this is pretty experimental with missing mods here, I did go a bit nuts on some possible additions in place.

• Animatica is not up to date (so it is not here)
• CEM (Custom Entity Models) is not up to date (so it's not here as well)
• Colormatic is not up to date (yes, this will also not be here)
• Culling from both Cull Leaves and Entity Culling is not up to date (repeat number 4)
• Dynamic FPS is not up to date (how many times do I have to repeat this...)
• CraftPresence is not up to date (AHHHHHHHHH)
• Lack thereof any timestamp mod up to date I've found before (How many times do I have to go over this old man?)
• Starlight is not up to date, which is funny since I forgot to add something like Sodium to replace it (God damnit Cryo ya had one job)
• Hopefully I didn't miss any mods that are missing (pretty possible, I didn't actually try very hard keeping track of the mods this time)

Okay that's the last non up to date mod here... as for the other mods...

• As per usual, since Simple Armor Hud isn't here, I put in Detail Armor Bar-for those that's noticed I do prefer SAH, but DAB tends to be updated quicker and be more available in other versions
• A random Korean Translate mod was added (holy heck first Detail Armor Bar and now this? Oddly convenient and fast streak from them so far) but of course I didn't bother to check if this is truly clientside (hence the experimental nature of this)
• ChatUtils was added: basically more features added onto chat stuff like copying chat probably
• No Chat Reports I found on the random but added it sheerly because I got no idea how this works, but I also fully support the prevention of unideal chat reporting (plus is it admittedly redundant to add a system that servers have already made for themselves and for good reason-moderation like this and to this scale is both incredibly hard but also has the apt track record of literally failing the community entirely)
