What is it?

An Upcoming RPG Modpack that combines both Guns and Magic, hence the name Guns and Magic. The pack revolves around the 10 races and their Great War, with Humans being the only ones unable to use magic. The Great War was a legendary war between the 10 races until it was aborted by an Anomaly. Players have the choice to specialise in magic or guns to discover the Foreign threat. As they progress through quests and bosses, they will gain opportunities to use both.

What does it offer?

This is a theme pack rich in features such as vehicles, tech, magic, mounts, and exploration, all integrated, including popular mods such as Superb Warfare, TACZ, Irons Spellbooks, Ars Noveau and more.

This is currently in Beta and is not the final product. Changes may occur in the future in terms of balancing, quests tweaks and features.

If you want higher vehicle textures, remove the GATE_Optimization_Pack resource pack. That is there for those who do not have a good GPU. In case you want to revert it but cannot because it keeps crashing, you can add it back through the options.txt

It is recommended to play this modpack in prism launcher

There is a known bug between Gunfire overhaul and the latest SBW 0.8.9 where sbw weapons get infinite ammo. I would recommend disabling gunfire overhaul until it gets fixed
If you happen to summon the enraged dead king and it crashes, downgrade irons spell book version back to 3.15.6 and kill off the entity. Then update back to 3.16.1. DO NOT SUMMON THE ENRAGED DEAD KING AGAIN.
