Explorer's Eve - Wither Storm Modpack

This release fixes a critical bug where an inventory wipe is possible. Since it took this long to find it, it hopefully didn't impact many people. But while I was fixing this, may as well add a few more small tweaks I've been thinking about.

Added an advancement for obtaining a Charm of Life, which clarifies that they don't need to be used as an accessory to function.
Added lore to the Zeal Lighter to warn the player that it doesn't light fuses.
Slightly edited the Ancient Factory advice to better reflect how the Harbinger's fight works.
Edited the End dimension advice to mention putting Ender Pearls into crossbows.
Switched the locations of the Peacock Feather Fan and Agility Cape.
The Block and Chain can no longer break many dungeon-related blocks.
The Platinum Dungeon's main treasure chest now contains a map to locate a Bronze Dungeon. This is (hopefully) a temporary feature until they're easier to locate in a future patch.
The Lich and Minoshroom now clear liquids that they step in.
Pinch Beetles are much rarer in the Dark Tower.
The Ur-Ghast's summoned Ghastguards no longer drop anything.
Ignis now forcibly disables Fortification Scepter shields.
The Snow Queen's treasure chest spawns much closer to the ground.
The Valkyrie Queen has much less health and much more armor.
The Withered Symbiont is now immune to the Frosted effect.
Fixed the Wither Storm's first teleport theme playing twice at the same time for some reason.
Fixed the Charm of Keeping always vanishing in Creative.
Fixed the Charm of Keeping not properly returning the player's inventory if used outside of the Overworld.
