More adjustments! Running out of clever ways to say that...

Bosses are now immune to Wither Sickness and are not targeted by the Wither Storm.
Super TNT no longer instantly kills the Wither.
Super TNT and the Formidibomb no longer function on the central End island while the Ender Dragon is alive, in the bowels, or during the true final battle.
The Wither Storm's early charge attack is fully audible to nearby players.
The Wither Storm now aims ahead of players riding boats instead of directly at them, and when it does this, its skulls move faster.
The Wither Storm's tractor beams now always apply effects, even while the Command Block is hurt.
Block clusters around the Wither Storm are cleared every time the Command Block is damaged to limit those weird cluster towers.
Fixed nearly every custom music track not being affected by the Record slider.
Fixed Phantom Armor being visible in JEI despite it being unused.
Fixed Super TNT losing its lore when placed and broken.
Fixed the Command Block's ambient theme not ending when the battle starts.
Fixed the Charm of Keeping not working in Creative Mode.
