Explorer's Eve - Wither Storm Modpack

Yep, still going with this. More balance tweaks and bugfixes, just in case you thought 1.19 wasn't already the superior version.

Updated Flywheel to 0.6.8.a.
Updated Paxi to 3.0.1.
Updated Placebo to 7.1.2.

Restructured and organized the datapack. This shouldn't affect gameplay, but it's nicer now!

The Leviathan Blade now grants the player +8 armor instead of Resistance I.
Buffed the scattershot attack to move a bit faster.
Removed the delay added by the scattershot attack.
Made minor visual improvements to skull attacks.
The Wither Storm now moves at normal speed in phase 4 except on Daydream mode.
In phase 4, the Wither Storm is more vulnerable to arrows.
The Withered Symbiont now has more health in multiplayer based on the number of players fighting it.
The Withered Symbiont moves faster in its second phase and even faster in Nightmare mode.
When the Wither Storm revives due to players fleeing, all players are granted the advancement "The Weakened Arise Stronger".
Added particles and sounds relating to the Wither Storm Heads in the final battle.
Wither Storm Heads in the final battle revive faster or slower based on difficulty.
The final Withered Symbiont can now attack the player directly for very little damage and lots of knockback.

Fixed a typo in the guidebook.
Fixed tractor beam effects sometimes running out early if the player isn't grounded.
Fixed the Wither Storm sometimes wandering off the wrong way when fighting the Symbiont.
Fixed the Wither Storm being able to shoot skulls if an attack started just before the player kills the Symbiont.
Fixed some skull attack telegraphs not lining up with the Wither Storm's heads.
Fixed some sounds not playing to everyone in MP.
Fixed Wither Storm teleports totally overriding chases.
Fixed the Wither Storm teleporting to distant players even when near someone else.
Fixed the final Withered Symbiont spamming teleports between players in MP.
Fixed shulker bullets not getting cleared at the end of the final battle.
