Added the freshly ported Mine Cells mod

• including a new series of quests on the main questline
• added loot table integrations
• difficulty assignments

New mouse defaults

• default keybinds for spell hotbar now use Mouse button 4,5 and mid (as it was designed)
• players with stone age mouse need to reset these keybinds to default Improved inventory GUI
• updated Attributes Panel button
• removed the useless Accessories button
• disabled some unused Trinket slots (hat, cape)
• charm Trinket slot now has new icon (to resemble totem shape)

Fixes

• Auto Fire Hook now works for Arsenal bows
• Disabled some unwanted items
• Improved attribute icon positioning (on trinket items)
