- Moved all the recipes for budding certus quartz to the Crystallizer and added a quest for them

- Black Quartz can now be made to progress the optional part of Actually Additions
- Metal swarf can now be used in the centrifuge to produce lead in chapter 4

### Fixed
- Photos taken of the Hexahedron no longer have a chance to come out unrendered (thanks @niraqw15 for showing a missed config!)
- A Block of Charcoal can now be turned into a Block of Coal Coke in the Coke Oven
- Fixed an issue with `/function hexahedron:hexahedron_rebuild` where it had a chance to break nearby shrines
- Grass should now propperly drop Straw or Tall Grass when cut with a Knife or Shears
- Buckets of blood can now be properly emptied on an Item Drain (thanks @jeromus_ for solving the problem)

- Removed crushing different rock types for early Quartz
- Removed making Campfires with Soul Glass
- Removed a skip with the Hot Chocolate Bottle
