Crazy Antarchy 1.0.6 — Compatibility and maintenance update

• Updated Antarchy from 2.1.1 to 2.2.9, including portal guns, additional structures, Ultimate tool vein mining/tree felling, and accumulated dimension, portal, mob and performance fixes.
• Added Anthology: Time & Space API 1.0.0, required by the updated Antarchy.
• Updated The Fire Forge to 0.1.3 and Crazy Antarchy Combat Balance to 0.1.4 for Antarchy 2.2.9 compatibility. Existing forge mechanics and pack combat settings are retained; multiplayer scaling and royal equipment recipes were validated.
• Updated Runic Core from 1.0.1 to 1.0.3.
• Updated AntOS from 1.2.2 to 1.6.0 and BCLib from 21.0.26 to 21.0.28.
• Updated Puzzles Lib from 21.1.62 to 21.1.66, including fixes for duplicated enchanted-loot callbacks and missing access wideners.
• Preserved the current quest book, custom recipes, loot integrations, biome compatibility datapacks, and quest artwork. Matching dedicated server files included.

Back up existing worlds before updating. New structures and newly added world-generation content require unexplored chunks.
