NEW MODS & FEATURES
- Added Steam 'n' Rails, expanding Create with a much larger railway and train-building system.

- Added Measurements, providing a practical measuring tool for large builds and construction planning.
- Added Pokemon Conductors, expanding the integration between Pixelmon and Create railways.

COG & CAPTURE MOD UPDATES
- Updated Cog & Capture: Pixelmon XP Bridge.
  - Pixelmon battles continue to award vanilla experience.
  - Pokémon defeated directly by the player can now award vanilla XP as well.
  - XP behavior remains configurable for server owners.

GENERAL
- Continued compatibility work for Pixelmon 9.4.1.
- Updated and refreshed included mods and dependencies.
- Continued improvements to Create, Applied Energistics 2, Pixelmon, and GeOre integration.
- Server pack updated for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.250.

As always, existing worlds can continue forward, but backing up your world before updating is strongly recommended.
