Tweaked PMMO to not update xp constantly to help “resolve” a memory leak.

Reported an issue with Fancy Menu and the singleplayer world creation screen, an issue not related to this pack, nor the memory leak but discovered because of this pack. https://github.com/Keksuccino/FancyMenu/issues/99

Removed FTB Ultimine because PMMO has veinmining.

Removed CLUMPS because PMMO does it too.

Removed RPG HUD because PMMO again.

We’ll start adding quests to this shortly once we’ve nailed down a solution for some nagging issues.
