ZENIX Monster Path 1.2.0 (Forge 1.20.1)
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
ZENIX Monster Path 1.2.0 — Forge 1.20.1
Creature models, motion and powers
- Rebuilt all 48 forms with curved native meshes, material textures, articulated limbs, layered faces and tapered claws, horns and tendrils.
- Added distinct attack windup, impact and recovery poses, head tracking, animated monster hands and species-specific evolving details.
- Powers now use shaped projectiles, layered beams, cast sigils and twelve animated ultimate identities, with bounded particle output.
Sanctuaries, trials and travel
- Added twelve themed sanctuary designs and improved trial architecture with towers, halls, glowing runes, crop displays and return portals.
- Trial enemies use the updated models with matching physical dimensions and synchronized attack motion.
- Creative test travel uses known natural farms or guaranteed matching-biome testing sanctuaries; rare biome searches no longer block testing.
- Adventure tracking provides waypoints, distance and direction. Paid Soul Routes offer progression-gated travel from a Soul Forge and a return gate home.
Placed artwork
- Replaced the old generic world cubes with detailed planted and mineral growth models. All 36 resources have four distinct growth stages and matching textured cultivation beds.
- Soul Rifts show ready and spent crystals. Lore tablets use twelve species palettes and three numbered runes; shrine controls show all five numbers and their active glow.
- Soul Forge, lore tablet, shrine controls, rift and return gate have sculpted models with matching selection and collision shapes.
- Existing block IDs, growth properties and saves remain compatible. Restart Minecraft to load the new models on existing placed blocks.
One chosen monster
- Choose your first species before attuning. Human form and Normal Minecraft keep that commitment.
- Changing species requires completing the target quest and a difficult ten-second Soul Forge rebinding ritual with signature, regional and ascendant resources.
- Every monster keeps its own XP, evolution, learned skills, loadout and quest credit when you change or return.
- Existing saves adopt their current monster or first unlocked species without erasing progress.
- Creative temporary testing still permits all forms and restores the original commitment when it ends.
Combat and ability controls
- Added a distinct species-specific heavy attack for every monster, available at base evolution. Press J with an empty main hand; energy and cooldowns are checked on the server.
- Ability buttons and the live ability bar show full names inside their boxes, with wrapped labels.
Clearer books
- Focused adventure pages for the next objective, monster choice, powers and next evolution.
- Short searchable library chapters with exact shrine puzzle orders, tools, biomes and recipes.
- Creative test activities split into readable pages. Survival cannot use the test book.
Minecraft Java 1.20.1 / Forge 47.4.10 / Java 17. Install the same version on the server and each client. Validation details are included in the release audit. Automated checks do not replace a full survival or multiplayer balance playthrough.
