What's new

By far the biggest release yet!

The config file is now named "bettercaves-1_12_2.cfg". OLD CONFIGS WILL NOT BE READ.

You can now use separate configs for each dimension. Check out the guide on the new wiki to see how!

There are now official presets on the wiki! If you don't want to waste time tweaking your config, those are for you! We are accepting submissions for new presets on the Discord.

Changelog Highlights

  • Add support for the Nether!
  • Add ability to use separate configs for each dimension
  • Add flooded caves, caverns, and ravines in ocean biomes
  • Add new vanilla-esque surface caves. Mountains no longer get swiss-cheese'd!
