It's an industrial tech mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge). You mine and process ores, build machines, move Forge Energy (FE) around with cables, pipe fluids, automate your logistics, and slowly work your way up from a single coal generator to a nuclear powered base. There's a guide book inside the game that gets handed to you the first time you join a world, so you don't have to alt tab to a wiki to figure out where to start.
Every machine has its own GUI, an energy buffer and JEI recipes. Crusher, Compressor, Electric Furnace and Extractor for core ore and material processing. Metal Former with switchable Rolling and Extruding modes for plates, rods and wires. Ore Washer and Fluid Enricher for higher yields out of crushed ore and fluids. Restructor, a catalyst driven molecular restructuring machine. Blast Furnace and Rod Fabricator for advanced alloys and reactor fuel rods. Liquefier, Phase Splitter and Capsule Filler for fluid conversion, splitting and bottling. Stone, Lava and Water Generators for renewable resources. Matter Fabricator, which turns raw energy back into matter once you reach the late game.
Voltex registers full KubeJS recipe schemas for all 14 machines, so pack makers can add, remove and tweak recipes from kubejs/server_scripts/. Install ProbeJS if you want autocomplete in your editor. Everything runs on Forge Energy (FE). Generators: Coal Generator, Solar Panels (several tiers), Thermogenerator, and the multiblock Nuclear Reactor. A tiered Energy Backpack with an energy HUD while you wear it. Cables and wires in several tiers for moving power around.
Item and Fluid Connectors with ghost slot filtering, and you can drag items straight from JEI into the filter. Logistics Nodes, pullers and pushers for routing items and fluids around the base, no pipes needed.
A 3×3×3 Miner multiblock that virtually mines ores based on the Lens you put in it (Overworld, Nether, End or All). Each Lens has its own weighted ore table you can check in JEI.
A 3×3×3 reactor with Uranium, Plutonium or MOX fuel rods, heat, coolant and component layouts. Use one of the included stable schemes or design your own. Mismanage the heat and it goes boom.
Universal Capsules can carry any fluid. Fill them in the Capsule Filler and use them across the fluid machines and tanks.
The Cultivator duplicates plants with the Biostimulator, and grows minerals and geodes with the Resonator.
Speed and efficiency modules, plus Parallel Modules (×8, ×32, ×64) to batch process big stacks in machines that support them. Connectors have their own tiered upgrades too.
Crates in several tiers for bulk storage. New ores, metals, dusts, plates, rods and alloys (Tin, Lead, Uranium, Aluminum and more). Ore unification through the standard forge: tags, with AlmostUnified support so it fits into mixed modpacks.
