Vivecraft Eureka Camera Fix 0.3.9-phase1-hotfix1
This version is based directly on the stable 0.3.6-hotfix1 implementation.
The experimental camera and player-model changes from versions 0.3.7 and 0.3.8 are not included.
Added
- Added the new
mountedPlayerModelModeconfiguration option. - The default value is
HIDDEN. - While the local player is riding a Valkyrien Skies
ShipMountingEntity, local self-model rendering is temporarily disabled. - The previous Vivecraft self-model rendering setting is restored automatically after dismounting.
- Added
NORMALmode for users who prefer to keep the mounted player model visible.
Fixed
- Fixed the mounted player-model hiding feature not activating correctly in the original 0.3.9-phase1 build.
- Replaced the ineffective renderer-specific hook with temporary control of Vivecraft's local self-model rendering setting.
Unchanged from 0.3.6-hotfix1
- Mounted camera offset correction remains unchanged.
- The default camera mode remains
MANUAL_OFFSET. - The default vertical camera offset remains
1.8. - Mounted HUD hiding and automatic HUD restoration remain unchanged.
- The optional Vivecraft model stabilization remains available when
mountedPlayerModelModeis set toNORMAL.
Known Limitations
- The local player model may also be hidden in some third-person or mirror rendering modes.
- This behavior is used as a stability workaround for severe Vivecraft player-model jitter while riding Eureka ships.
