Unofficial Sodium Biome Blending Fix

An unofficial patch for Sodium that prevents it from blending colours of unwanted blocks
This is a temporary fix for Sodium's issue #895 which makes biome blending apply to blocks that aren't coloured by biome.
This mod adds a whitelist of block class names and block IDs which blending should be applied to, and everything else is left untouched.
