EXTREMELY EXPERIMENTAL
Supports prioritization of Fluids. This primarily fixes a huge issue of: https://github.com/GregTechCE/GregTech/issues/1166 and https://github.com/TerraFirmaCraft/TerraFirmaCraft/issues/1508
This will also fix any other cases where an undesirable Fluid is registered before the other ones, given you as the user configure the `uniq.cfg` properly
