Added fluid unification. This allows fluids to unify, depending on who their master is (defined left-hand-side of <-> in the configs).
CURRENT BUG: Unification of MEKANISM fluids won't work UNLESS they are the master fluid. This is because Mekanism registers their fluids way too early. To fix this, the upcoming 2.2 may break configuration files.
