Fix: Prevent Tool Break

• Tools still broke with Prevent Tool Break on: vein mining stopped with 1 durability left, but the block you hit itself is broken by Minecraft after the rest of the vein, and that last point snapped the tool. UltraVein now keeps room for that block too, and learns what a block really costs the tool (a sword pays 2 per block), so the tool is left with at least 1 durability.

New: Keep Durability

• Choose how much durability the tool keeps. New setting Keep Durability (default 1) right below Prevent Tool Break in /ultravein config: vein mining stops early enough that the tool keeps at least this much. Steps from 1 to 1000.
• Config key keepDurability, console: /ultravein rule keepDurability <number>.
