     Blocks:
·Fixed bug where highest Amplified Portal Blocks in UA dimension cannot be broken if its coordinate has x = 8 or z = 8 instead of x = 8 and z = 8. Now only the highest portal at 8, ?, 8 cannot be mined in UA dimension as desired.
