-Instead of specific blocks being the triggers for warming up, now all the blocks with light level 12+ will warm you up, so now torches and shroomlights will warm you up.

-Night increase Exhaustion (balanced by the Day decreasing Exhaustion).

-Night increase Stamina usage.

-Stress system got completely redesigned. All of the values are different now.

-Infinite Stress bug is no longer there, so now you can regenerate it (bugfix).

-Stress is reset after resting. Same with Dread effect and progression.

-Stress can be decreased at faster rate if you haven't been triggering any stressful actions. After 30 seconds it decreases 50% faster and after 60 seconds it decreases 100% faster.

-Calmness status now also requires about 120 seconds of not being stressed to work.

-Being in the Village, decrease Susceptibility to Stress, but Raids increase it instead.

-Being near the Warden will increase Susceptibility to Stress and will progress Stress. Nyktophobia enchances that fear.

-Nyktophobia improvement has been slightly reworked.

-Sleeplessness has a chance from (25% to 75% - depending on Sleeplessness improvement) to decrease sleeping time. To balance this, Sleeplessness has slightly smaller effect on Resting quality.

-Energy Shot potion effect at level 3+ will negate effects of Exhaustion on Stamina.

-Nausea caused from this mod is now 3 times longer.

-Cardio affect Panting - higher the level of Cardio is, lower the Panting time is.

-t2SFluProgressionEnchancer gamerule added. Set the rate of how fast your Flu progression enchances (so it goes faster with time). This enchancement is stacking infinitely until Flu is applied.

-From now, Flu Progression Enchancer is also affected by t2SFluProgressionSpeed gamerule.

-Rabies requires slightly higher light level to scare you now (balance).

-Eating Raw Meat is using it's own tag called forge:raw_meat to use with other mods.

-Golden Apples now have it's own tag called forge:golden_apple, forge:gold_apple, forge:golden_apples, forge:gold_apples, so now you can gain Golden Apple effects with modded Golden Apples.

-Eating Raw Meat causes Hunger and Nausea.

-Drinking milk causes Nausea.

-Sweet Linseed has minecraft:tall_flowers tag. It can be used to attract bees now.

-Bitter Ginseng has minecraft:small_flowers tag. It can be used to attract bees now.

-Sweet Linseed can be composted with 55% chance.

-Spicy Pepper Mint can be composted with 65% chance.

-Teal Lemon Balm can be composted with 75% chance.

-Bitter Ginseng can be composted with 85% chance.
