Changes 1.2.3 :
- shorter color json recipe format
- config to allow to transfer chest with right click & vice versa while sneaking + block tag "denied_transfer_blocks" 
- travel bags are immune to fire

- config for lootbag rarity, drop count and to disable the transfer buttons
- command lootbag
- cooldown layer on transfer buttons
- more compatible with mods altering inventories
- enforce denied items (~tag)
