Thirst Was Taken Reload

As a port of Thirst Was Taken (by ghen-git & mlus) mod combining with Thirst Was Reclaimed (by mlus), this mod adds a thirst mechanic to the game, but that fits well in modpacks (especially aesthetics-oriented ones) by adding diverse features. 

Thirst Bar

This will add thirst bar in Minecraft. Drinks and some food can restore thirst and quench and help you avoid dehydration, food will often restore thirst and quench less than drinks, or you can drink water by hand and drink rain water by turning for face up the sky when it's raining. When you get dehydration, you will hurt.

Thirst Bar will work like hunger bar, when player run out of quench, the thirst bar will start to drop. But it will drop faster when you are in high temperature or low humidnity biomes especially in desert, nether,..., you can reduce it by using Fire Resistance effects or Fire Protection Enchantment on your armor.

To view quench, AppleSkin must be installed ! (See in Mods Compat Section)

Water Purity

Water can have 4 different levels of purity, depending on where it was harvested:

If you drink non-purified water, depending on the purity level, you will have a chance to get sick, or worse, poisoned.

Water can be purified on a campfire or a furnace: a campfire will purify it by 1 unit, and a furnace by 2 (meaning it will go from Dirty to Acceptable, for instance).

• Tough As Nails: Compatible with Tough As Nails, Thirst Was Taken Reload will replace the hydration/thirst system with its own, drinks/water containers of Tough As Nails all work well with this mod.(Still in testing and debug, recommended not to use with in 1.20.1 and 1.21.1)
• Farmer's Delight Refabricated & Brewin' and Chewin': Drinks and some food types will restores thirst and quench for players.
• Using Item Settings, Container and Key Word Config to add thirst, quench for items (must be ediable or drinkable, can work with modded items), Container Settings can make it be influenced by water purity.

Bugs & Issues

Know bugs (mainly in other mods compat): 

• Tough As Nails water containers always return acceptable purity when taking water from cauldron
• Can not use water purifier for purifying potion items, bowl of Thirst Was Taken (Tough As Nails Compat)
• In 26.1.2, Tough As Nails Canteen always return Acceptable Purity everywhere  (FIXED)

Please report bugs in Curseforge or Github. DON'T REPORT KNOW BUGS THAT ARE LISTED ABOVE except it happened again.
