The Guilty

Ever felt nothing when slaying mobs? This mod fixes that.

Each time you kill a mob, a guilt-tripping message will appear in chat, sometimes dark, sometimes funny, always unsettling.
To make things worse (or better?), an accompanying sound effect plays—anything from eerie whispers to sarcastic fanfares.

In-game, a kill sound will play whenever a mob dies.

Features:

• Over 10 unique guilt messages (dark, philosophical, and humorous)
• Randomized lines so you never know what you’ll get
• Sound effects to enhance the atmosphere
• You can adjust the volume under Music & Sounds → Friendly Creatures.
• Works in both singleplayer and multiplayer

This mod doesn’t add items, blocks, or mechanics—just emotional damage.
