This hotfix corrects offline-holder behavior on dedicated servers. Singleplayer normally pauses the integrated server when its owner leaves, which hid the problem in earlier testing.

Fixes

- Daily duty clocks for Dream, Death, Destiny, Destruction, Desire, Despair, and Delirium now pause while their holder is offline.
- Reconnecting after one or more server days no longer creates a false duty failure, neglect warning, state deterioration, or seat-loss check.
- Destiny's Cosmic Log no longer loses integrity for offline server time.
- Same-day reconnects preserve duty progress; only day boundaries crossed while inactive are skipped.
- Dream no longer intercepts ordinary sleep or transfers queued sleepers while its holder is offline.
- Dream realm ambience and glitch pulses stop when Dream is not actually online; persistent Dream agents and nightmares are discarded on logout.
- Destiny Forking Omens clear when the offering Destiny goes offline.
- Delirium's temporary paths, altered blocks, logic fields, and anomaly pockets restore or stop when Delirium goes offline.
