Update to 1.18

The first Beta for the first Big Update.

This update brings Data Driven Collars and Nubbins.

You can now add your own Collars and Nubbins, with custom textures and so on or use the default ones.

Data Attribute Support is currently not available for 1.18 as Data Attributes is not Updates

I have tested most things already, but if you find any bug please report.
