Also, then there is a clump of madness, then a block of madness; then there's unstable/smelted madness, then concentrated madness, then a titan's heart, gold-infused concentrated madness, then all four armor pieces, then the sword, and for some reason also the liquid madness.

It only lasts two minutes, and you only get the effects if you have used the titan's heart; otherwise, it just gives 4 hunger bars.

Smelt it for liquid madness (unfortunately, MCreator didn't let me choose the bucket) = 

Now unstable Madness is a very good source of fuel (try it; it's stronger than lava), but you can also make concentrated madness with it; you'll need some bits of madness and obsidian = 

Afterwards, you have two options for what to make: either go the route of the powers by making a titan's heart, or you can infuse gold into the concentrated madness to make the armor and sword =
