Tracks viral effect and if the player has viral when they shouldn't the mod sends a message in chat

The mod does have config so you can disable some features and adjust damage threshold of when to send the message. So if you ever get unfairly killed in lost cities you will know to what and how much damage it was.

Theres also played damage logging and highly configurable.
