Adds a feature from Noita where if you keep high held speed you will make an explosion on inpact

This mod add the feature from noita where if you hold high speeds for a long time on impact you will cause an explosion.

It's decently configurable:

Server-side:

Explosion threshold in block per second when to make an explosion.

Starting explosion when over threshold.

Speed held Multiplier.

Speed (block per second) Multiplier.

Explosion Multiplier.

Client-Side:

Explosion Multiplier. Debug messages.

Use this mod on server at your own risk as it's not anti-grief friendly.
