Noita Kinetic Explosion

Adds a feature from Noita where if you keep high held speed you will make an explosion on inpact
This mod add the feature from noita where if you hold high speeds for a long time on impact you will cause an explosion for any mob.
The explosion power is based from mobs speed, held speed, hitbox size.
There's also another feature where mobs knockback strength is calculated from the mobs movement speed.
